Not a Studio...
... It's Social Dancing!
We like our fun Safe
We believe everyone can have fun dancing regardless of partner, age, gender, or physique. Good music, a supportive community, and helpful and caring instructors are all a part of who we are to create the best atmosphere possible!
We like our fun Healthy
Swing dancing is fun to do, and fun to watch! Part of that fun is that it can be a partnered dance so you spend time dancing and getting to know a variety of people every time in the context of a shared activity (not that you'll be thinking about that while you're doing it!).
Our fun is Always Inclusive
As soon as we walk through the doors, we do our best to cultivate an energized atmosphere that is safe, welcoming and enthusiastic. We like new people and we like dancing with new people!
We think fun should be Social!
If you show up, and stand on the edge of the floor, someone is going to ask you to dance. It doesn't matter if you're a beginner or a pro. No matter your politics, race, sexual orientation, religion, or anything else - whoever you are or wherever you're from, if you want to have fun, you're in the right place!

How to get started
Always wanted to learn to dance but didn't know where to start? Or maybe you are just looking for a fun social activity?
A great first place to start is to join us is our social dances or classes!
You'll learn the basic steps, and everything you need to feel confident and comfortable, plus you'll meet other great people doing exactly the same thing you are!
-
Be casual - no special dress or shoes needed :)
-
Come with a smile!
-
Bring friends, or just yourself, no partner needed!
-
Don't be nervous! This is where we all learned too.
What if I can't dance?
No problem! All of our social events start with a beginner lesson. You'll start with basic footwork and improve STEP by STEP! You'll be feeling cool, confident, and comfortable in no time!
Do I need a partner?
Nope! Individuals and couples are always welcome. We encourage rotating throughout beginner lessons so you can meet everybody in the room! It's much easier to dance with somebody if you already know their name.
What kind of dancing is it?
We practice mostly early to mid 1900 jazz styles such as Lindy Hop, Jive, Balboa, Shag, and Charleston. And we can't wait to share it all with you!
